I need a progress bar desiging for my PC, mob, tablet site

I need a progress bar creating for my website.

When placing orders on sites before I have noticed that for different pages they have a progress bar so the user can see whether they are on step 1 step 2 step 3 etc etc.

I have included an example but the final design does not have to be exactly the same as this, in fact I would prefer it slightly quirkier...use your imagination :) (see attached).

My process will have 3 steps. These are:
1- search for items
2- select items
3- get quotes

Each one of these steps will appear a different colour so essentially whatever designer is appointed will have to submit 3 images. I would also like these completed for PC, mobile and tablet dimensions. So 3 seperate images due to the numbers changing colours and in 3 different dimensions please in PSD format as well please.

Earliest turnaround possible... I know it will be difficult in the festive season!
