Kind of design: Single web page
Num. of web pages: 1
Description of every page: This page is a listing page for Candidates who are looking for jobs. The user (employer) would see this after they log into the account OR complete the sign up.
All the candidates listed are from a professional / technical background: software developer, data scientist, designer etc
Per each listing items:
- Profile picture of the candidate
- Name
- Role (with their level: not assessed/ beginner / intermediate / advance)
- Location | Relocation | Remote
- Salary range
- A cultural match percentage
- a check mark indicating good profile (like approved)
probably ideal to show 3-5 candidates / page
(see the attached for some ideas, those are indicative, not binding)
On the page: Would probably need a search option and a filter and a sort option (please leave space for that)
Ideas for the visual style: Linkedin, people per hour, angelist, https://www.behance.net/search?content=users&sort=featured_date&time=all,
Extra notes: Issue to pay attention:
can be creative with the skill level assessment (would be happy to provide more details on my thought, but i m more interested in seeing what you can do!)
