I need a professional website graphic designer

Description of every page: We are currently building a website and my partner is not happy with the Images used for home page banner design and text layout etc. I am open to suggestions to make it look like a AAA rated Financial, commercial website.

Mostly banner and image work - I need it to show Crystal clear images and text that catches the eye and is unique.
