I need a professional website design for a company that offers training services

I am building the backend modules of the web application and I need a designer to create the UI. I have wire-framed a demo of the site at http://ftsacademy.azurewebsites.net/ using a basic Bootstrap template and would prefer that the designer use Bootstrap, though its not necessary as long as I am able to easily and quickly connect the backend to the UI.

I could have gone for an off-the-shelf theme, but decided not to because the design has to be specific to this application.
