Experience Level: Expert

I need a home page, a listings page, and a standard page designing for presentation. I will supply Balsamiq mockups of each page, so that all the content needed for the pages will be visually presented. I'll also supply colour guides etc. They will need to be designed in photoshop and the layered psds will need to be supplied to me once the project is completed.
