HTML email best practices must apply: https://templates.mailchimp.com/getting-started/html-email-basics/ this includes ensuring the template is mobile-friendly and easy to edit text, images and links.
Our email newsletters typically laid out as follows (but we're open to guidance on design and layout here):
- Headline story / latest news (up to 2 stories)
- Company updates (up to 2 updates)
- Latest insights / thought leadership (up to 2 articles)
- Latest work / case studies (up to 2 stories)
- Training / events
- Other including staff spotlights or features (not always)
We are a digital consultancy, working with Private Equity firms to deliver digital transformation projects, so we would like our look & feel to be quite professional.
