I need a landing page redesigned

I currently manage a website that I build for lead generation.

It's currently dormant, but I'd like to have it redesigned so I can relaunch it. I originally made the website and although it's "alright", I believe it could be updated and be more modern.

I have vector logos available and don't wish to change these. Initially I'm not even looking for the landing page to be developed - photoshop designs would be fine, although should I decide to proceed further, I'd like these to be developed.

I've seen a design on Dribble I really like (https://dribbble.com/shots/24820686-Finpay-Fintech-Landing-Page) and it would be this sort of style I'd be looking for.

The industry is Car Finance.

I've set the budget at £100, as I don't really know what a single page design will cost. For the right person this is negotiable.
