I need a high converting landing pages

Description of every page: I'm looking for a skilled landing page designer for several websites.

I need you to design a clean landing page with conversion on mind. A few instructions:

- Titles and text should be highly visible (you should not use tiny fonts)
- Graphics should be non-distractive.
- Don't use high contrast colors or too many different colors. Keep it simple.

I prefer flat design but it's not necessary.

I also need a graphic designer for an ongoing project to design a various graphics, product covers, banners, headers for my websites and products I release every month. So I will give a slight advantage to designers who can do both.

I'm looking for talented and skilled designers so previous examples of work are mandatory.
