I need a desktop template created on my site

Hi guys
I need an honest developer who can create a desktop template to my existing wp website.
I currently have a website but a while ago the backup removed a few things. Now it’s only mobile compatible so when you are on the site on a desktop it looks awful, nothing fits, loads of spaces etc.
I need you to simply add a pluggin or wp template desktop version for the hp, and make sure the other pages match. I want this done so I can then add all the content so backend must be really simple, I already update the site myself.
