I need a basic wordpress website built

I need a designer to build me a wordpress website, i am quite familiar with wordpress and would prefer to use elementor in future editing of the site. I feel a professional could build something twice as good in a quarter of the time!

The website in a nutshell is somewhere where people come to buy coupons, which will give them discounts on various expensive items.

-It needs to have a free membership element where people can sign up to receive newsletters and special offers etc.

- The homepage will mainly be text blocks and a few images of example items on offer, and also a sign up section. I quite like the simple homepage layout i have attached.

- There needs to be a shop page where i will list the vouchers for sale for these expensive items, and when the voucher is clicked it should take them to a detailed page for that item. The customer will need to be signed in before being able to click a buy now button which takes them through to a payment page, where i will have stripe and paypal as payment options if possible. I will then email the customer a unique voucher code once payment is completed.

-I also need a simple contact form where people can ask me questions


-I will also have one or two other information only pages but i will add these myself. The important parts i need someone to build for me are a nice looking homepage, and the mechanics of the site- with people being able to create accounts and purchase vouchers.

I would like this site to look as classy as possible because the items the customers will eventually be purchasing (by using my vouchers) are quite expensive. It needs to load quickly, and be simple to use. I have already bought the domain name and hosting for the site and wordpress & elementor is ready to go.
