I need a 4 - 5 page wordpress website created

Description: What I want is a small 4 -5 page high-impact wordpress website designed (home /services / experience / about me / contact me) to promote my technology marketing business. It needs to be easy to add additional pages if I want to add blogs etc at a later stage.

Since I'll be central to the services to be delivered, I'd like a cartoon representation of me to a key aspect of the design (perhaps static in the top of the half of the page). This image would need to be created. I have the copy pretty much ready to go, and have some examples of designs I like, which I can share. I already have the domain name, but no wordpress account.
