I need a 3-page wordpress website designed for my business.

I’m looking for a web designer/developer to create a clean, modern, mobile-first website for my new travel discovery app, The District Guide. The site should be minimalist, professional, and focused on driving app downloads while also offering information for users and businesses.

Scope of Work:

Three Pages:
1. Home (Landing Page): App-focused hero section, key features, app screenshots, pilot city spotlight, and download CTAs.
2. About: Short mission statement, contact details, and social links.
3. Businesses: High-level overview of benefits, subscription tier layout (Free, Basic, Premium), placeholder dashboard screenshots, and CTA to sign up.

Design Requirements:
Minimalist layout with lots of white space.
Brand colors: Red (#BF1922), Black, White, Gray.
Clean sans-serif typography, bold for headlines.
Flat wireframe-style sections (like the sample mockups I’ll provide).
Sticky header with navigation across all pages.
Consistent footer with download buttons, contact info, and copyright.

Technical Requirements:
Fully responsive (mobile-first).
Lightweight and fast-loading.
SEO-friendly (basic meta tags).
Ready for Google Analytics integration.
Scalable (future pages can be added easily).

Deliverables:
Functional website (built in WordPress)
Clear and consistent design following brand guidelines.
