I am looking for a new website building and hosting for a new company.

there will be roughly 10 pages. I have two reference websites one of which the content can be copied for speed and i can then reword the site fully before it is launched (i will need different stock photos adding to the site)
The theme i want is for Airsource heat pumps so will be eco themed (green). I have a logo that i am happy with and can write all the content myself.
If there are any additional costs for onsite SEO, adding to search engines etc then please can you tell me these.
I just want a simple wordpress website - onsite Seo - hosting included and any additional costs for hosting after 12 months etc..
