HTML to WordPress

Hello.

I need to convert an existing HTML website to WordPress. The website has 881 pages and it needs to keep the existing structure. I’m not looking for an all singing, all dancing WordPress site. I need a SEO optimised theme that resembles the current website structure, look and feel.

Initial Requirements:

(1) Convert all webpages from HTML to WordPress – See attached PIC00 for URL count and website URL.
(2) WordPress theme must be SEO optimised.
(3) Successful freelancer to recommend and install best plugins.
(4) All content pages must be in list form - This needs to be applied to every category page. Each category page needs to list each title in a list. See attached PIC01.
(5) Keep the HTML URL extension in WordPress. See attached PIC02.
(6) Keep the current PayPal payment system the same.

Additional Notes:

(1) Freelancer must be UK based
(2) Freelancer to provide a contact number or screen share facility during the development phase. Things can be better explained over a phone call, or desktop share.
(4) There is a WordPress Blog that sits alongside the website – This is to be untouched.
(5) No additional content will be added to the website during development.
