HTML Components designed for a website in progress

Required for homepage:
* a Hero component with image, title, text and CTA
* Featured categories
* Featured products carousel - just a nice carousel of products, can be reused for featured, starred, popular, related (those type of things)

I have the main site built but need to concentrate on backend and cart functionality, so would like a designer to help with this (I am not a designer, but I code and develop more in the backend).

So these components need just css and html, can use, fontawsome, Jquery, as this is already used on the site. But would prefer the css to standalone with breakpoints and not use bootstrap columns.
