    Whilst I can understand some identity information (both ways) could be needed at the final stage of agreeing a job, can I ask why you need it just to apply for the job? No offence, but completing an NDA through PPH means giving a lot of personal information to a total stranger, and that's crazy in this day and age.

    Please include, as best you can and in as much detail, expected work involved (part-time or full-time hours) and times of day for availability or if fully flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
