Homepage design - Excellent graphic designer with skills in front end web design

We are looking for an excellent designer to redo our website homepage. The design will carry on throughout the site (header and footer).

Ideally, you'd be a front-end web developer/designer but I am aware it is hard to find a designer who is also a coder and vice versa!

If you are solely a graphic designer, then you could produce PSDs and I will get them chopped up. Or if you are a developer too, then please create a dev url to show us the design in action.
