Help design the main section of the homepage.

Hi,
We are looking for a designer to help us re-design our existing home page (https://www.treasuryquants.com).

Notes:
• We want the top of the page to look like the attached.
• We want you to redesign the tables and the video section so the final product is 1) professional and 2) very relevant to finance
• We need to incorporate “Markets” and “Workbench” navigation links within the page as they will be removed from the current top section.
• Feel free to pick any colour scheme for the page but you need to make sure it goes with the overall page.
• Once the project is awarded, I will provide all the files necessary
