Get our estate agency website functioning and looking sexy!!

We have a Wordpress website, before Christmas is was hacked and our hosting guy didn't have a backup! We then got the homepage back up and running using our Houzez template and were just too busy to get it looked at!

What I'd like is the Homepage to present our services (Sales, rentals, rent to buy) so it looks sexy and scrollable, with a call to action and pop up "leave your details" box for each service. I'd like to get the blog page up and running so that the latest 3 will show on the homepage. I'd like our blog articles to be tagged and be able to be filtered on the different services pages, so for examples our rentals page has the functionality to show only the rental tagged blogs on that page.

I don't want a properties page, I'm happy with customer clicking through to our portals for now, but ideas on how we could present it a bit better, maybe a map of South Wales showing each property but when you click through it clicks to the listing page on the portal?

I'd also like a landing page plugin installed so that I can then test and measure with different audiences and use paid traffic to go to the test landing pages.

I'd like to keep it at that for now. I'd like idea on the use of our colours and how we can get the design looking and feeling, friendly, accessible, clean and professional, with lots of white space but cleverly designed. I attach our colour palette.
