Hello, I am looking to have 2 simple, very nice looking websites built with WordPress.
Website 1:
This is a website for a newly formed company which will be creating products and building on ideas, of which for now, only one department is working, and that is the section of Publishing. Other Departments will just display a note about coming soon and watch that space along a teaser message.
Of course, the attractive website will be armed with the usual links on all popular social media, sections for press releases whether they are print, pictures or videos, the contact page featuring registration with confirmation of email addresses, Calendar of Events… Within the publishing section of the website, there will be news and details about a book release and about the Author etc. There will be 2 editions of the book, one in each language. Links to where to purchase the books, such as Amazon.com and others will be made available. There may be other pages to be created (none require e-commerce), as ideas and time move forward.
Website 2:
This one is related to the website above in the sense that it is the Publishing section of the company. It is the Author/Book website featuring the books, in 2 language editions, referenced in the Publishing section mentioned above. Again, the website is to be made in WordPress.
As I investigate various author/book websites. I see that these normally include but are not limited to:
About the Book, About the Author, links to Social Media, information about press releases wither in print, pictures, video, or interviews, Calendar of Events such as for book signing etc., Newsletter page, contact and register pages, the last one with email confirmation.

For website 1: The company involved will be involved in creating concepts for new products worthy of building. The first section is that of the publishing arm of the company of which there is already one book in two language editions.
As for the books, they are heavily illustrated books, printed on quality 200 grams paper weight, in hardcover and in 8.5”x 11” (21.6 x 28 cm) Horizontal format. The book will be marketed as a souvenir for a particular famous destination and its topic is suitable for all ages.
Budget is $75 per website, $150 for both + up to $50 bonus depending on performance satisfaction and appreciation of guru’s work.
