Fun Website - Homepage Design Only

I require a fun layout (psd file) for an inflatable hire business incorporating an online booking system, weather checker, newsletter sign up, social media links, product layout, top and left navigation. Design must be bright, professional and highly eye catching.

The site does not need developing - I only require a Photoshop file and am looking for a true web designer rather than a developer. Possibility of multiple projects for the best proposals.

The site must be visually appealing, creative and appeal to parents looking to book an inflatable for children's parties. You must demonstrate that you can create a fun design with a functional layout that will appeal to UK businesses hence the standard must be very high.
