Front page website image design

Looking for new images for the front page of our website > www.huntleysshoes.com
This would be 4 images in total if you have a look at the site
It lacks content, style, wow factor.
Would like it to jump out at people with lots of important information such as
- Our shoes have been recommended by net mums
- free shipping over £100

I wants something thats clean and crisp but with plenty on and using all the space we have.
I can send over images and content also but would be good if you are able to understand what we want and can come up with ideas yourself
Would be great if it could be done by the end of there weekend, if not by Wednesday.
Continued work for the correct person and increase in pay.
