Front End Web Developer - HTML, CSS, JQuery

I am a web designer / developer and I am looking for a front end web developer to help me during busy periods.

I will provide a layered photoshop file with a clear brief and will expect you to provide me with well written and clean code. i.e. Expert hand coding skills.

I expect you to have expert knowledge of HTML and CSS. I will also require you to have a reasonable knowledge of JQuery.

If you know a bit of PHP it will also be useful.

I also require a good and reasonably quick communicator.

I have a job ready to start and if all goes well I will more and likely use you fairly regularly as I have many projects to follow.
