We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented **Freelance UX/UI Designer** to collaborate with our in-house brand designers and development team on client website projects.
This is a **remote, project-based role** perfect for a designer who values flexibility, clear communication, and delivering a truly polished product.

### **The Role: Your Impact**
You will be the bridge between our client's brand strategy and the final website interface.
### What You'll Be Doing:
- **Wireframing & Prototyping:** Designing clear, conversion-focused sitemaps, user flows, and low-to-high-fidelity wireframes that define the website structure and user journey.
- **UI Mockups & Polished Designs:** Translating approved wireframes and brand guidelines (developed by our in-house team) into pixel-perfect, cohesive user interface mockups, specifically for website projects.
- **Collaboration with Brand Designers:** Working hand-in-hand with our internal brand designers to ensure the final UI is a seamless extension of the client's visual identity, typography, and colour palettes.
- **Usability Focus:** Ensuring all designs prioritise **usability, accessibility (WCAG standards)**, and mobile-first responsiveness.
- **Iteration & Feedback:** Proactively seeking and incorporating feedback from the internal team to refine designs and troubleshoot usability issues.
### What You'll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a freelancer with a proven track record, clarity of thought, and a commitment to quality.
### Required Skills & Experience:
- **2-4+ years** of professional experience focusing on designing websites and digital products.
- **Exceptional proficiency with Figma** (our main design tool) including the ability to create and utilise components, styles, and auto-layout.
- **Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)** is required to seamlessly work with assets and brand files provided by our in-house brand designers.
- A **strong portfolio** demonstrating your process and the quality of your finished UI designs, particularly for web projects.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines in a **remote/freelance setting**.
- **Strong understanding of web accessibility principles** (WCAG) and **SEO** and how to apply them in your designs.
