Financial training firm website

We are a training company that also provides consulting customized web applications to the financial services industry mainly in West Africa. We have a website and It actually does not work well at the moment function wise. We want to focus on our training and consulting work which are supported by customized web applications. We also want to create alumni yellow pages that allow alumni members manage their profile and allow subscribers view our alumni. They however have to communicate with them through us unless they are alumni themselves.
As many of our employees are mobile workers who work outside of the office, we would like all web messages to be routed to email whether they are bookings, enquiries, trials etc

We are looking for a polished professional look that communicates our over 10 years of involvement in the industry. We are also looking for web designers who can leverage on prior experiences to shorten the development and delivery period. As such, prior experience with institutions such as ours will be preferred.

Please find attached the outline of the navigation system for the site. Please note that our audience is primarily in Africa and as such images used should take this into cognizance. We also do not want cartoon or icon character like images as much as possible. Additional information will be provided to the successful bidder. Finally our preferred color scheme is Grey and blue with gold highlights. The color scheme of the current site should not therefore be regarded as a standard/template
