Fantasy Football Website

I need a designer to design the key pages for my new fantasy football and football predictions website. The site needs to be simple to use, but engaging and will likely attract a large number of fantasy football players when operational. Full layout of the site and designs are in the attached PDF.

I like the colourful design of the top one and the lable/pin badges element of the second site.

They contain a lot of data, and are quite sterile and not that simple to navigate. I would like this site to be simple to understand, navigate and use. There is no paid tier or elements in the beta version.
