Events calendar for small town

Hello everybody!
# I am working on a Wordpress based calendar for events run by up to 60 organizations in Somerset, UK.

# People can sign up with user name and password and will have access to their own event stream.
# I want to use the plug in 'My calendar' that I found on Wordpress.
# for signing up to receive weekly bulletins I will use Mailchimp or Mailpoet.
