Email Signature and Banner Graphic

BACKGROUND
Looking to create an email signature design plus a small branded graphic to sit within the signature for an organic banana exporter.

SCOPE
You will design:

A clean, professional HTML email signature layout that can be used by multiple team members.

A companion graphic strip or panel that extends the brand and subtly suggests bananas (more abstract and stylised than literal).

The signature must be HTML-based with live, clickable contact details. It must not be a single flat image.

OBJECTIVES
The email signature should look modern, simple and on-brand for Allfresch, using their green logo as the main brand anchor. It needs to feel fresh and related to produce/fruit, but still professional. The banana reference should be gentle and graphic, not loud or cartoonish.

The companion graphic should visually connect to the logo, use a similar colour language and bring in banana-inspired shapes or patterns in an abstract way. Think curves, arcs, simple icon shapes or geometric forms that read as “bananas / fruit” at a glance.

BRAND AND STYLE
Logo, fonts and brand guidelines will be provided.

The visual tone should be: simple, fresh, modern, friendly, not corporate stiff, but also not childish. Aim for flat or minimal shading, clear shapes and good use of white space. Avoid heavy gradients and clutter.

CONTENT FOR THE SIGNATURE
The layout must be modular so it can be reused for different staff members. Please allow for the following fields as live text (not part of an image):

Telephone Number
Mobile Number
Email Address
Website URL
LinkedIn

All of the above must be clickable using appropriate HTML links:
Email should be a mailto link.
Phone numbers should use tel links.
Website and social icons should use normal https links.

Only the logo and the decorative banana graphic strip/panel (and any social icons if you design custom ones) should be images. All contact details and any wording must remain as live text.

LAYOUT IDEAS (FLEXIBLE)
The logo should be clearly visible but not dominant. The contact details should be easy to scan on both desktop and mobile.

You are free to propose other sensible layouts as long as they are clean and practical for email. The layout should still look balanced if the banana strip is not shown (for future flexibility).

GRAPHIC STRIP / PANEL
This is a separate but related element that sits within the signature. It should feel like an extension of the logo style, using similar curves and colours. The client does not want photographic bananas; they prefer stylised, simple and abstract.

A complete design brief will be provided.

Approximate size guidelines: designed to work within an email width of around 600–650 pixels. Height can be roughly 60–150 pixels, depending on your concept. It needs to be legible and attractive at standard email zoom.
