Edit Wordpress theme (Headway)

I have recently installed and set up the Headway theme (http://headwaythemes.com) on my personal website and so far I have managed to get it up and running with many things in place.

However, there's a few things I can't figure out how to do (some very minor) and I need someone skilled at Wordpress to help me with these.

I am modelling my site on this one here - http://catseyewriter.com, and some of the changes I would like made are as follows:

1) My header image to go all the way across the page
2) Picture to blend in with the page background
3) Page width and background to be the same as cats eye
4) Menu bar to go all the way across the page too and to have a different colour background (using colours complementary to my logo)
5) The featured blog to show just an extract and a massive picture
6) A two column list for the rest of the blog extracts
7) Change of font across entire site to complement logo font
8) Search box on menu bar
9) Twitter widget box colours to complement logo colours
10) Widget box headings to be in colour for distinction
11) Media gallery to be created (similar to this: http://www.emmaforbes.com/in-the-press)

There may be a few more minor things as we go along so I need someone who's flexible, quick, responsive, and most of all, someone who is professional and actually knows what they're doing (if you're familiar with Headway already, that would be even better).

I would like these changes fully completed by Friday 13th July so please only apply if you have the necessary skills and are available in this time period.
