E-Commerce Website Redesign

Hello,

Our company is in the process of expanding and introducing a few product lines.
Our current website:

is very dated.
We've changed our name to ECB products and are including luxury and 'green' bags and boxes to our portfolio and hence need a much more stylish site.

We like the designs that we've seen some of our soon-to-be competitors use such as:
www.gogreenerbags.co.uk
www.rajapack.co.uk
www.smartbag.com.au

We are also looking into SEO and would want the website to be designed so that SEO is maximised.
We have the Actinic software already and would require the site to use this.

Please note, that we will provide pictures and content.
The succesful candidate will be available during English working hours (GMT 09.00 - 17.00) for occasional discussions.
