Developing a personal web

I am looking for someone to develop a simple web design, preferably word press. Here is an example of the simplicity of the website that I am looking for, http://insidewestminster.co.uk/.
Someone has already done some work for me, http://farhangmorady.net/. Unfortunately, the design could be more user-friendly for me. I want to update the contents all time and myself. Hence, I only want some to get the template and some of the contents uploaded. Here is also a simple website that I am looking for.
Could you help me with this?
