Develop a brand new website for a College

We are looking for proposals for the development of a brand new website for our college based in Hull, Yorkshire.

Our team will assess each proposal based on three factors:

- Quality of design
- Speed of production
- Technical ability

Please send us a mock up of your proposed design (to assess design ability) with an explanation of how the page will work (to assess technical ability), and a complete quote, by 12pm 17th December 2010.

We would hope to launch the website by the end of January 2011.
