Designer required to create a Home Page design for a new website

I'm looking for a website designer who can help us create a Home Page design for a new website. We have a full low-fid wireframe along with design requirements for the site.
We need someone who is experienced at creating high quality, unique designs that are eye-catching and stand out. They should be familiar with the latest design trends and have an eye for detail.
The output should either be in Figma or AI or PSD wireframe is currently in Figma so this would be preferred).
This role is currently for the creation of a Home Page design but further work can be available for the right person.
