I need a graphic interface which specializes in web and mobile, and that can convert graphics in HTML with bootstrap.

For the web interface I need a simple page like the one called "wall.png".
The page must be responsive and needs to increase the font size depending on the resolution of the monitor.
This page might also be viewed through video projectors.


As regards the mobile interface, you will find the slide of an example of structure in the Annex.
There is a strong demand experience in the mobile and user-experience.
Are appreciated suggestions.
