Design WordPress Website climate change projects (Design Only)

I am a web developer with several projects on the go, and not enough time. Therefore I am looking for someone with experience in designing websites that can be built in WordPress using Elementor Pro with Happy addons Pro, or Brizy Pro.

The chosen designer will be required to produce just the designs initially, though there may be the option to also take on the development and implementation in WordPress. Below is the info the end client has provided for the project, but feel free to be pro-active and ask any questions you may have about any element of the project/design.

This is a website to present information on a variety of cliamte change related areas,

Design-wise customer has very specific ideas of having all image tiles with some text overlay as link to individual pages.

This is the example she showed: https://wirtschaft.altmuehlfranken.de/ but no need for top image just the tiles for all of the different themes will full picture and text overlay

Website also needs:
- a calendar function for events with a simple booking functionality (email sent to her and possibility to view bookings in backend)
- password protected section for partner orgs who can also add to calendar of events and access certain files

Individual pages for each section (some with subsections/sub menu)
Events calendar (with simple booking system)
(Password protected section for partners – they should be able to add events to calendar and access certain downloads) - part of the later proejct stages not the design
