Design website

I have an existing website which is rather bland right now and I wanted something a little prettier. I'd like a "Join The Mailing List" button on the bottom of the homepage.
I'd like my podcast embedded onto my website.
I'd like my 6 existing pages in the new colours, fonts, layout of the new website
- About,
- the HR Consultants' Complete Client Control Solution
- The book page.
- Checkout, Basket, etc. from the Easy Digital Downloads plug-in I have installed on my website.
- The Power Hour page (currently hidden from the general public)
- I'd like you to add a page to the Menu called Freebies and this should lead to a page which advertises my various lead magnets (these should be positioned as image to the right or left, copy on the other side)

A few things about you....
- Don't apply for the job if your PPH profile isn't primarily focused on design of WordPress websites.
- Don't apply for the job if all you're interested in is doing the website as quickly as possible and then sending through the invoice before I've had a chance to look over the work.
-Don't apply for the job if all you're interested in is money (I get that's an important aspect of business, but we won't work together if I get the impression that I'm just another payday for you).
- Don't apply for the job if you aren't going to do an amazing job I'm thrilled with.

My expectations:
- the homepage looks similar to the layout in the figma and as per my Loom video
- the other pages are "on brand" with the homepage and in the same style and layout and feel
- I can add pages myself going forwards in the same style as the rest of the website (ie. I'm not starting from a bland canva).
- think long-term partnership instead of short-term cash grab (if you do a good job for me then I'll refer people to you)
