DESIGN ONLY - Review and redesign 2 existing web pages ASAP

I am looking for a UI/UX designer to review and redesign a few web pages (NO TEMPLATES PLEASE). The new designs should take their cue from the existing pages.

Ideas for the visual style: Clean look, very good use of negative space.

a) We need designs for desktop, tablet & mobile versions.
b) The designs MUST NOT be template based.
c) An accurate estimate/timeframe must be provided along with your bid.
d) Specific colours must be included in the colour scheme. RGB / Hex codes for these colours will be provided.
e) Elements (font sizes, paragraph sizes, margins, paddings etc) MUST be clearly labelled (via use of a key or other)
f) Please include portfolio of previous work.


Please note that i'm NOT looking for a developer. This is a design job only.

Mentioning your CSS, php, javascript, Wordpress skills will NOT aid your bid. If anything it greatly harms your bid.
