Design Facebook Advert

I have six "Before & After" photos of mens hair styles... before and after treatment.

I want to use these B&A's for a Facebook advertisement, with some suitable graphics and text added... (similar to the 1st example shown). I need a designer that understands the correct size the advert must be for FB rules and that also understands the 20% text rule.

I also want these photos touched up to have more color and depth in, so they look attractive and presentable.
