Design a 20-30 pages website in HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Javascript

Time duration given: 10 days.

Note that I shall integrate your designed pages with Java/J2EE for web development. Hence, whatever is designed/embedded by you should be compatible with Java/J2EE development. E.g. PHP code is not compatible and hence I do not want to see any PHP code anywhere. Designer should be open to communicate via Skype. We require creative site, hence I prefer only experts.
Albeit not mandatory, I would be delighted if the website is made mobile responsive.

Terms and conditions:
1) I shall ask you to design the main page first. If I am not satisfied with your work/quality, I shall pay £10 and stop working with you.
2) If I am happy with your quality on main page, I shall ask you to design another important page. If I am not happy with the quality of this page, I shall pay you £20 (this includes the main page cost) and stop working with you.
3) If I am happy with the two pages mentioned above, I shall proceed with the rest of the pages after which the normal terms and conditions mentioned by PPH will apply.

The idea behind this is that I am looking for someone useful for my long-term assignments.
