Design a website homepage mock-up in .psd format

I would like someone with design flare to create a mock-up of a site homepage for me in .psd format.

I will then attempt to convert this to a Joomla 2.5 template. This is the first time I have attempted this so someone with an understanding of Joomla templates would be preferred. If I fail to be able to do this myself then I might ask if you can do that for me too.

This would be a fairly straight forward design with a logo at the top and perhaps a picture/banner slider under that. Then 3 columns below that, two narrow columns on the right and left of the page for modules and the content down the centre. A footer at the bottom.

I have an example site, my customers old site, which they do like the general colours stc as a guide. I will let the successful bidder see that as a guide.

I don't care where you are as long as you have good communications skills in English.
