The website should be user-friendly, visually appealing, easy to navigate, and compatible with all platforms such as Phones and tablets. It should also have the following features:
- Dashboard for admin and he can create users for all agencies then they can create AD and upload Pictures.
- Message services between the clients and owners
- API service that I can use to Integrate with Government services.
- Payment gateway including refund.
- Listings for available apartments & functionality for bookings also can use Maps.
- Photo and video gallery
- Contact form
- Payment form

The developer should have experience in developing similar websites.
The developer should have experience in web development and a strong understanding of user experience design. They should also be familiar with website security and best practices.
