Design a PSD mockup for client's new website

Description of every page: I need a designer who is available all of tomorrow to design the homepage (long/scrolling design with nav at top that jumps to sections lower down the page), similar to this: https://www.astoncharles.co.uk/

It is for a IT recruitment website. We can send elements that the client likes from various websites that we want included. We don't expect to get this perfect in one day. We just want to have something to give to the web developer to give him a clearer idea of what we want.

To make absolutely clear, we are not looking for a web developer at this stage, nor are we prepared to answer questions about UI, UX or anything else technical. I just literally have a design in my mind, and I need a designer who can turn that into a visual representation I can show my client tomorrow evening.

I will need to be supplied with any PSD files you have worked on so we can develop ideas if we wish.
