Customer online order tracking system

We are looking for a very simple looking website. It does not have to be fancy. The website will allow customer to type in a unique number that corresponds to a page that contains

Client Overview
- There Company Name
- Contact Name
-Sales Person Name

Items ordered
-Model Number of item ordered and Estimated Arrival Date (unlimited model numbers must be allows)

Items Shipped
-Model Number of items that have shipped with name of courier shipped on and connote number.

This information made available to customers must be able to be easily updated and generated by our staff either by uploading a CSV filed everyday or creating a CMS that allows staff to entre details customer by customer.

Our logo will be displayed on every page on the top left corner. The title Online Order Tracking System will be in arial bold centre of page above the order number text box which will say "entre order number"

Below the text box will say "If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please email (email address) and request your order number. New orders may take up to 48 hours to be added to the Customer Online Tracking System.

Our staff should be able to delete entries after the customer has had their order shipped.

The bottom of the webpage will display our contact information.
