Custom Joomla 1.5 template needed

I need a custom Joomla template created. I have attached exactly what the template should look like, the module positions needed and aprox dimensions.

The only graphics we can supply are the Logo, but the rest of the needed graphics are very simple and most of the template would be CSS based in terms of colours.

It needs to have collapsable Modules and obviously be Joomla installable!
