CSS Template design for NextJS Project

I am looking for someone to design various components CSS Module files for our new web site. We are not looking for fully functional web site but more smaller module which help to design our web site which will be based on NextJS and React.

We will integrating all logic and development ourself so all we want the CSS template with working web site temporary files.

We are looking for followings:
1. Replicating https://www.rituals.com/ however some changes so it does not look copy.
2. We might provide our own fonts name however menu should be exact for similar.
3. We should have option clearly to change the colours
4. Unique Template so should not look very copy
5. In simple way we want replicate, however we web template, and CSS for each particular page which shows individual CSS effects.
6. CSS file must be based on module component base which normally use in react development.
7. We want react component type of css, so each component must have unique css files.
8. Example if we have contact us page, the css for contact page must be unique, however if we have properties which is used everywhere we can place in global.css other wise unique css for conactus.css.module file must be create. In contact us page we might have forms to submit, so forms css would be different.
9. Dummy HTML page will be create so all the css can be tested in live mode.
10. CSS should include all responsive properties. So design reflect to all devices and browsers.
