CSS Overlay Window

We operate an online digital download music store.

Website platform is Drupal.

We're looking for a CSS overlay window to go on our home page for first time visitors. It performs several functions:

1) email capture for first time visitors with free music give away as an incentive

2) optional newsletter signup

3) ability to follow and/or like on FB & Twitter

4) ability to Invite a Friend

Users can close the box if they don't want to give us their email, but it will keep popping up every time they visit the site until they:

1) give us their email

2) say no thanks

3) say they're already subscribed
