Creative Wordpress website for events company

A bit about the company:
The company is a staging, hire company that specialises in stage, PA and lighting rentals to London and the surrounding areas. It has been around for a long time and the website is looking for a facelift.

Vision for the website:
I want to have an artistic website that stands out from the rest of my competition. I would like there to be some interaction in the form of lite animation. Creativity is key in this project, no idea is too crazy. I am looking to hire someone with an artistic view as well as the skills to develop the website. The first page should be like a landing page.
I would like the website to be built in word press and for this project we have a budget of £400.00.
