Creative designer required to design my existing website

What's up guys, we are looking for a UX/UI who has knowledge and experience in web programing to make websites and development.

EXPERIENCE:
Responsive website design, Dashboard Design, figma or Adobe XD, photoshop, reactjs , angular, css, html and should also have a strong understanding of building an accessible website design from the start.

The project will follow under 3 milestones.

1. Design
2. Development
3 Deployment

- 1 Homepage design (Development), 8 Inner pages and User dashboard (Design and Development) and HTML development of all including responsiveness.
- Ads Banners in 7 different sizes with animated effects in GIF format
- HTML email template design.

The Deadline of the project is 1 Month.
