Creating a website for professional financial services

Hi Freelancer,
I need a small, fast marketing site for NexCentrix Advisory Ltd (Mauritius) deployed on Netlify with a GitHub repo. Stack preference: Next.js or Astro + Tailwind; optional Decap/Netlify CMS so I can edit content. I’ll register NexCentrixAdvisory.com myself and add any DNS you provide.
Pages: Home, Services, Sectors/Clients, About, Case Studies (2 placeholders), Pricing (tiers), Contact (Netlify form), Legal, optional Blog.
Integrations: Calendly embed, GA4, Search Console, sitemap/robots, basic schema (Organization/LocalBusiness).
Brand: I’ll supply logo; primary color #0B1F3B; clean, professional layout (reference vibe: axcilia.com/about).
Acceptance: Lighthouse ≥90, SSL live on my domain, contact form to Netlify (email notifications), CMS editing, repo handed over.
