Create Wordpress theme from PSD

!!Please read this in full before bidding, any bids from people who have obviously not read this in full will be removed!!

I am a web designer and have designed a Wordpress theme for a client who runs a taxi business. After several rounds of revision the client is happy with the theme and it now needs to be made into a Wordpress theme.

Normally I would do this myself but at the moment I am too busy and so would like some quotes.

I have created a PSD and it is all well laid out ready for you to slice it up.

I have the domain registered, the hosting set up and Wordpress installed.

There will be 5 pages:
Home
About Us
Contact Us
Book a taxi
Conditions

The home page will have 5 widgetised areas. But there won't need to be any widgetised areas on the other pages.
There will also be a search box in the navigation area that will need to be set up.

I will add all the content, set up the forms, etc. All I need you to do is create the Wordpress theme from the PSD file.

I will give you the Wordpress login details, and when you have created the theme you can login to Wordpress, install the theme and let me know when it's done.

I would like for this to be finished by Friday November 25th if possible.

This should only be a couple of hours work for someone who knows what they are doing.

If you do a good job and we work well together, then this may lead to more similar work in the future when I am too busy.
